Larry L. Ford Sr. has been a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ for over 30 years
and is an ordained Elder the Church Of God In Christ.
He first began working at Liberty Church of God in Christ as Superintendent of
Sunday School under the leadership of Pastor Willie Robinson, where he spent
two years. In the year 1998, the Lord led Elder Larry L. Ford to start
Victory Cathedral C.O.G.I.C., and he reveled unto him that there may be some
problems, some trials, and even some tribulations along the way; but he would
give him the Victory over them all.
From 1998-2000 the church was located on Memorial Drive in Atlanta,
Georgia. After two years the church relocated to Greenbriar Parkway in
suite 230A from 2000-2002. Pastor Larry L. Ford Sr., being a man with a vision,
was once again led by the Lord to purchase a building in 2002 located at 3704
Campbellton Road in Atlanta, Georgia. After consulting with the dynamic
Bishop Chandler D. Owens along with our extraordinary Superintendant Norman O.
Harper, they helped to fund the purchase of the building.
Pastor Larry L. Ford, Sr. serves as presiding pastor of Victory Cathedral
Church of God in Christ at 3704 Campbellton Rd Atlanta, GA 30331. The word of
God is being taught and the spirit of the Lord reigns, and for all we give God
the glory. God has given us a rock solid foundation and we know that our
light will reach even where darkness prevails.
He also currently serves on the Ordination Board in Central Georgia under the
former presiding Bishop Chandler David Owens, in the Fellowship District under
Superintendent Norman O Harper. He presides as secretary of the Fellowship District, as well as the Assistant Director of Chaplin for the Fulton County
Sheriff Department.
Pastor Larry L. Ford, Sr. is a man of vision, under authority, with authority and
is an advocate for the people.
