 First Lady Mary C. Ford

FirstLadyFordMain.JPG

She was raised in a Baptist church and was baptized at the age of 13 years old.  Many years later, she became a member of the Church Of God In Christ, where she served at Liberty C.O.G.I.C. for 1 1/2 years, being appointed President of the Young Women Christian Counsel.  Her husband, Pastor Larry L. Ford, Sr. was called to pastor his own church in 1997, and there at Victory Cathedral C.O.G.I.C. she became the President of the Women's department and the secretary of the pastoral committee.

First Lady Ford is also assistant President over the choir and was the President of the praise team.  She was ordained as an Evangelist Missionary in 1999.  She also took a class in the History of our Founder, Bishop C.H. Mason.

She is the president over our outreach ministry and president over the Intercessory Prayer Ministry, where we pray for the people of God and for all those who are in authority, for the sick, and for the shut-in.

She was appointed President over the Ways And Means Committee, which provided assistance to our District Missionary the late Mother Marian Scott.

She is now working with her husband to take the ministry to a higher level in God.  Our Mission is to see that the souls be saved at Victory Cathedral C.O.G.I.C.  She is the superintendent of the Sunday School where she encourages all who don't know their bibles to come to learn; and welcomes those who do know the teachings of the bible to come to Sunday school and because they are needed
