The international headquarters of the church is in Memphis,TN, under the
leadership of the Presiding Bishop, Bishop C. E. Blake, Sr. The international
church is composed of jurisdictions, which are composed of districts, which are
then composed of local individual churches.
Victory Cathedral COGIC is in the Fellowship District, under the leadership of
the District Superintendant, Norman O. Harper.
The Fellowship District is in the Central Georgia Jurisdiction, with
headquarters in Atlanta, Ga., under the leadership of the Jurisdictional
Prelate and Former Presiding Bishop of the Churches of God in Christ, Bishop
Chandler D. Owens.
